The poster offers a concise overview on dissolving the foundations of Static thinking and building a Dynamic culture.

Here is some of the text.

We do not live in a culture based on solving problems through Dialogue. We live in a culture based on Obedience and Conformity.

The results are violence and suffering from so-called "natural problems" such as ecological destruction (ecocide), racism, discrimination, bullying/mobbing, aggression and anxiety/angst.

Or like this: The common passion for Dictatorships is, of course, a result of the training into Obedience and Conformity made by the schools, universities and mass media.

It is not enough to complain or protest – we need to build a new culture.

In this mini workshop, you will gain concrete knowledge of the usually Hidden obstacles in the present Western culture and how we can dissolve them.
